What we collect
When you create an account we store your email address (used only for sign-in and reminders) and, if you choose, a display name and country.
We record the chalisas you recite or listen to, mala counts, offerings, and badges you earn — so we can show your streak, stats, and altar.
We do not collect or sell location data, contacts, or any identifiers for advertising purposes.
What stays on your device
Your daily-goal, reminder time, language preference, intentions you set per chalisa, and the welcome dismissal are stored locally in your browser and never sent to us.
Where your data is stored
Account data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure provided by Lovable Cloud (built on Supabase, hosted in the EU). All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.
Sharing
We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing. Aggregated, anonymous statistics (e.g. total recitations across all users, country counts on the world map) may be shown publicly inside the app.
Your rights
From the Profile page you can:
- Export all of your data as a JSON file.
- Wipe all of your practice data (recitations, malas, badges, offerings).
- Sign out at any time.
To fully delete your account email from our records, write to hello@chalisavibe.app and we will action it within 30 days.
Children
ChalisaVibe is intended for users 13 and older. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes
If we materially change this policy we will update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
